National Parts Manager
Lead Growth & Drive Commercial Success in NZ’s Agri Powerhouse!
We are NZ’s leading importer and distributor of tractors & agricultural equipment, with 75+ years of success. We’re growing our commercial aftersales engine and looking for a strategic leader to scale parts performance across 18 dealerships.
The Opportunity
- Own the Parts P&L and set a national growth strategy for revenue, margin, and market share.
- Lead a high-performing national team (7 direct reports) overseeing procurement, inventory planning, and warehouse operations.
- Lift service levels and unlock margin and cash-flow improvements.
- Partner with dealerships to build parts & aftersales capability and performance.
- Market Analysis: Understand the market, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Revenue Growth: Align marketing, sales, and product strategies to maximize revenue and improve profit margins.
- Customer Retention: Focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty to enhance brand recognition and expand market share.
- Business Model Innovation: Enter new markets or adapt existing ones to better serve customers and drive new revenue streams.
