Service Advisor
Service Advisor – Pukekohe
Want to work for New Zealand’s leading agriculture distributor and supplier? We are on the hunt for an organised and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Auckland (Pukekohe) branch.
As a key point of contact for our Service Department, you will help coordinate workshop bookings, workflow and administration while ensuring our customers remain informed throughout the service and repair process.

- Stability – This role offers permanent full-time employment, working 40 hours per week within our core business days and hours of Monday to Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm at our Auckland (Pukekohe) branch.

- Variety – You will coordinate service enquiries, workshop bookings, job scheduling, customer updates, invoicing, warranty claims and other essential workshop administration.
- Teamwork – You will work closely with the Service Manager, technicians, customers and our Parts and Sales teams to keep work moving efficiently and ensure service requirements are completed within agreed timeframes.
About you:
You will take pride in delivering accurate, professional and timely service. You will be highly organised, comfortable managing competing priorities and confident communicating with customers and colleagues at all levels.
You will need:
- At least two years’ experience in an administration position.
- Strong general administration and data-entry skills.
- Confidence using computerised processing and business systems.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to prioritise a varied workload and meet weekly and monthly deadlines.
- The ability to work autonomously and contribute as part of a wider team.
- A customer-focused approach and a willingness to take ownership of your work.
- Flexibility to take on new or changing tasks when required.
Experience in a workshop or agricultural environment, along with bookkeeping knowledge, would be an advantage.
