About you:

You'll focus on our customers; you'll be self-motivated, inspire and mentor our team of service technicians. You will need:

• An automotive heavy engineering or diesel mechanic qualification
• Excellence in diagnostics and have a sound understanding of electronics and hydraulics.
• A proven background in agricultural machinery or construction machinery
• Good communication skills to liaise with people at all levels.
• To understand and manage customer expectations.
• A good level of physical fitness

About the role:

Reporting to our Service Manager, this is a permanent full-time role based at our Power Farming Manawatu (Feilding) branch. You will partner with the Service Manager to:

• Assist with the day-to-day activities of the Service Team to ensure work is assigned and completed in a timely manner.
• Coach and mentor our workshop service team, with a focus on our apprentices.
• Develop, communicate and monitor process and workflow within the service department.
• Ensure our customers receive excellent communication and outcomes to support their business
