Join Power Farming as our Financial Controller and take charge of a global finance function. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll lead a talented team, deliver accurate financial reporting, and drive strategic initiatives that support our international growth.

This is a senior leadership role based at our modern global head office in Morrinsville.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare consolidated monthly accounts and insightful reports for the Executive and Board.
• Manage treasury functions, foreign exchange, and financial planning models.
• Maintain and enhance ERP finance modules to meet business needs.
• Ensure governance and compliance with NZ legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Build strong relationships with banks, auditors, and tax advisors.
• Oversee insurance requirements and trade agreements.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years post-CA qualification experience.
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
• Expertise in finance, cash management, and foreign exchange strategy.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• A relevant tertiary qualification.
